What You'll Do Perform routine adjustments, maintenance and repairs of production and facilities support equipment. The Day-to-Day Adjust and maintain electrical/mechanical production and building support equipment. Perform all types of building maintenance such as minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs. Perform preventive maintenance procedures to reduce loss of production time. Maintain documentation for the equipment. Maintain specialized tools. Maintain Company standards of performance and comply with housekeeping, safety policies and procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned. Occasional local travel to other PEAK facilities to perform or assist in the repair and maintenance of equipment and facilities.Requirements:
What We're Looking For Good knowledge of plumbing and construction techniques, in addition to principles and theories of mechanical/electrical repair. Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred Ability to prioritize work schedule and remain flexible Ability to multi-task Self-motivated, independent, dependable individual Graduate of technical school or minimum 4-years' experience working with various types of production and building support equipment.
