Job Description

Maintenance Technician PremaTech Advanced Ceramics, a leader in innovative manufacturing solutions, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Worcester, MA. Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery, equipment, and facility systems to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues promptly to ensure continuous production operations Repair and maintain manufacturing equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, building structures, and grounds Conduct inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation Assist in the installation, modification, and upgrade of equipment and systems as needed Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in maintenance, repair, or a related technical field, preferably in a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and building systems Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues efficiently Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are a plus Commitment to safety standards and procedures At PremaTech Advanced Ceramics, we foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
