Job Description

SUMMER CONSTRUCTION LABORER / FENCE INSTALLER HELPER
Reliable Fence of Cape Cod is hiring hardworking, dependable team members for the summer season. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and learning a skilled trade, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
Assist fence installation crews on residential and commercial projects Load and unload materials Dig post holes and set fence posts Carry materials and tools around job sites Help maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Learn fence installation techniques from experienced crew leaders
What We're Looking For:
Reliable and punctual Positive attitude and willingness to learn Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions Able to lift 50+ pounds Construction experience is helpful but not required Valid driver's license is a plus
