Industrial Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, and electrical components. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ammeters and ohmmeters. Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to diagnose control system issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime. > welding), scissors lifts, and low voltage systems. Manage work orders using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track maintenance activities, parts inventory, and service history. Collaborate with field service teams and provide technical support for complex repairs or installations. Follow safety protocols related to high voltage systems, industrial electrician practices, and low voltage electrical work to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Requirements Proven experience in industrial mechanic work within a manufacturing facility environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance of machinery and equipment. Proficiency with schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals for troubleshooting purposes.
