We are currently seeking a Skilled Painter / Maintenance Technician with strong painting and finishing experience to help maintain and refresh residential apartments and community spaces. This is a painting-focused role (approximately 90% painting work) with limited general maintenance duties. W hat
You'll Do:
Perform interior painting throughout apartments and community spaces Complete drywall repair, patching, sanding, and surface preparation Repaint and refresh vacated apartments for new resident move-ins Maintain clean, professional finishes in resident rooms and common areas Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed (limited scope) Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and organized Complete work orders efficiently and with attention to detail Work independently while maintaining high-quality standards
Schedule:
Full-Time, consistent hours Day shift schedule On-call rotation for rare maintenance emergencies

Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Minimum 1 year of professional painting experience Valid Maryland Driver's License Ability to safely operate maintenance tools and equipment General maintenance skills including drywall, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, or building maintenance Strong work ethic and attention to detail Professional appearance and positive attitude Excellent customer service skills Genuine respect and compassion when interacting with older adults
