Job Description Chick-fil-A Eastpoint is looking for an outgoing and motivated individual to join our team immediately! This individual should have a passion for serving others and operating with excellence. As a Back of House Facilities Team Member, you will work closely with the Kitchen Leadership Team to take ownership of the day-to-day BOH operations, including routine restaurant equipment maintenance, inventory management, and other kitchen duties as assigned. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Ability to open, work first-shift/day-shift (Availability ranging from 4:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.) Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume fast-paced restaurant Ensure food safety requirements are met and followed Assisting in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, act as a role model for our team Adhere and enforce all policies and procedures Knowledge/Skills/ Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age for this position Servant leader, team oriented, with a passion for people and world class service Well organized with excellent verbal, written, and electronic communications skills Skilled in Problem Solving and Troubleshooting Experience with restaurant equipment maintenance (preferred) Proficient in Spanish (required) Chick-fil-A, Inc. is a family owned and privately held restaurant company founded in 1967 by S.
