This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, can think on their feet, and enjoys solving a wide range of maintenance and repair challenges. As a Handyman with G&G, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality service across residential and commercial projects - ensuring spaces are safe, functional, and finished to a high standard. This is a hands-on role with consistent work, variety in projects, and the opportunity to grow with the business. Key Responsibilities Perform general repairs and maintenance, including drywall, painting, carpentry, minor plumbing, and basic electrical work Install and repair fixtures, appliances, TVs, security systems, and other equipment as needed Troubleshoot issues on-site and determine the most efficient and effective solution Complete jobs with a strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment at all times Communicate clearly with clients and team members regarding job scope, timelines, and any changes Manage tools, materials, and job site organization efficiently Qualifications 2+ years of experience in handyman work, construction, and general maintenance Strong working knowledge across multiple trades (drywall, painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical) Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple jobs Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, "figure it out" mindset Comfortable using hand and power tools safely and effectively Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments (indoors/outdoors, ladders, tight spaces) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We're Looking For Someone who shows up on time, communicates well, and takes ownership of their work A team player who represents the company professionally with clients A self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged Pride in delivering clean, high-quality finished work Why Join G&G Communication Solutions Consistent, reliable work across a variety of projects Opportunity to grow with a fast-moving, hands-on business Work that makes a visible impact every day Competitive pay based on experience If you're someone who enjoys working with your hands, solving problems, and seeing the direct results of your work, we'd love to hear from you.
