Role:

This position is responsible for general facility, building and equipment maintenance and repair, both scheduled and unscheduled tasks, as assigned by the Call Center and/or Facilities and Maintenance management.

TRAINING IS ON DAY SHIFT

Key Responsibilities:

Work Order completion Preventative Maintenance Problem identification and resolution, determination of material and supplies required for problem resolution Documentation of activities, utilization of the Computer Maintenance Management System, and communicating with the department's management.

Requirements:

Education:

HS Diploma/GED preferred

Experience:

Minimum one year of maintenance experience, preferably in a hospital or commercial setting. Preference will be given to candidates with experience with basic maintenance repairs in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC. Carpentry experience a plus.

Certification :

MD Driver's license preferred Union rate $17.50/hour, night shift differential $1.25/hour, Weekend differential $1.50 Weekend rotation
