Job Description

We are currently hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician, a well-rounded candidates who can support various aspects of property maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and fixture replacements Assist with apartment turns and general maintenance tasks Respond to service requests and complete repairs in a timely manner Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Solid plumbing skills and hands-on repair experience Ability to perform general maintenance in the following areas: Electrical Appliance repair HVAC (EPA certification is a plus) Drywall and painting Previous experience in multifamily housing or property maintenance preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and efficiently
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be dependable, self-motivated, and available for on-call work We offer a competitive salary and a full benefits package , along with a supportive work environment and opportunities to grow.
