Lorien Bel Air is looking to hire a Maintenance Tech and a Painter to join our dedicated team. In this role, you'll support and complete project work throughout the community, helping us maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-kept environment for our residents, families, and staff. Perform painting, patching, and finishing work on walls, doors, and other surfaces. Assist with preventative maintenance and repair tasks as assigned. Support project work and improvements throughout the building and grounds. Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are kept safe, clean, and organized. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

Previous painting or maintenance experience required. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Ability to work independently and with a team. Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and general repair practices. Schedule & Availability Full- Time and Part-Time 9:00 AM-5:00 PM and 8:00- 4:30 PM Every other weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday) Lorien Bel Air is proud to be one of the largest combined skilled nursing and assisted living communities in Harford County .
