Part-Time Maintenance Associate•Bethesda, MD About Us Security Public Storage (SPS) is a family-owned self-storage company with 50+ locations across California, Oregon, Nevada, Maryland, and Virginia. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and reliable Maintenance Associate to support daily operations and upkeep at our busy Bethesda facility. This is a part-time, on-the-road role with a consistent weekly schedule.

Schedule Monday:

9:00 AM•3:00

PM Tuesday:

9:00 AM•4:00

PM Wednesday:

9:00 AM•4:00

PM Thursday:

9:00 AM•3:00

PM Friday:

9:00 AM•6:00 PM Responsibilities Perform general facility maintenance and repairs Basic landscaping and upkeep Painting and minor touch-ups Basic plumbing and electrical work Qualifications Experience in general maintenance preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and landscaping Reliable, self-motivated, and hands-on Must have a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and insurance Compensation & Benefits $18.65/hour + mileage reimbursement Employee discount on storage units Growth and advancement opportunities Security Public Storage is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.
