In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment, and interior/exterior of buildings. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your technical skills and expertise will enhance the operations of beloved community restaurants. You will play a key role in troubleshooting issues, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting field service activities to keep our units running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine and emergency maintenance on equipment across multiple sites, including mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, and plumbing systems. Diagnose issues using schematics, technical manuals, and analysis skills to identify root causes quickly and accurately. Support HVAC systems maintenance including troubleshooting heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration units, and related controls. Maintain detailed records of work performed; document repairs, inspections, parts used, and time spent on each task. Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance procedures. Assist with field service activities at various locations as needed; communicate effectively with operations team and management staff to ensure minimal disruption. Perform basic repairs of finishes like paint, drywall, tile, ceramic, etc. Ensure proper storage of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.

Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license. Minimum 5 years in progressive building maintenance experience. Demonstrated expertise in general plumbing, electrical, carpentry, locksmithing, painting, drywall repair, and tile/ceramic. Available for on-call emergency repairs and services as necessary. Possess good references and stable work history. Knowledge of safety protocols related to various trade skills to perform duties.

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
