Environmental Services Floor Tech - Full Time

Position Summary :

The Environmental Services Floor Technician is responsible for Collington's cleanliness and appearance, including the Community Building, Health Center, Apartment Building, Cottages, and Villas. Ensure that building interiors are well-maintained by performing tasks within assigned areas. This includes operating carpet cleaning equipment and floor scrubbing machines, vacuuming carpets, cleaning spots from walls and carpets, mopping floors, and assisting with meeting room setups. Manage trash and recycle removal, ensure the timely completion of work orders, and maintain stocked and organized floor tech supplies. Uphold outstanding cleanliness in all assigned areas. Flexibility in availability is required, including the ability to work weekends and some holidays. Excellent customer service skills are a must when interacting with residents and team members. Must be a team player and collaborate effectively with other members of the Environmental Services Department. Exceptional time management and consistent attendance are necessary skills for this role.
