Maintenance Technician

Multi-Family Property Management Company located in Cockeysville, MD is currently seeking highly skilled new team members with an understanding of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair and general maintenance. HVAC certification is a plus, but is not initially required, classes are offered. Technicians maintain the interior and exterior of the buildings. We have excellent resident satisfaction ratings; great customer service and time management skills are required. We offer prompt and efficient service to our residents. Technicians are required to be on-call on a rotating basis. A valid driver's license and transportation are required. Fully skilled, experienced technicians with HVAC Certification receive a package valued at $57,000 annually, this does not include overtime earnings. This includes a rent-free apartment, a competitive hourly wage, a telephone, utility and gas allowance, plus incentives.
