Assistant Shift/Hours:

Monday - Friday, starting at 6:00 AM (Day ends when routes are complete)

Pay Rate:

Starting at $23.00/hr (Negotiable based on experience)

If you are a motivated individual looking for a stable trade with a clear path to becoming a Lead Technician making $27-$29/hr, this is the "foot in the door" you've been searching for.

Job duties:

• Perform high-quality installation of shelving (ClosetMaid), shower doors, mirrors, and bathroom hardware in new residential construction. Manage daily logistics by loading trucks, verifying material accuracy against work orders, and restocking inventory for the following day. Conduct final "walk-throughs" of job sites to ensure all work meets quality standards and report any needed repairs to the Production Manager. Maintain professional communication with clients and site managers, representing the company with a service-oriented attitude. Ensure the safety and longevity of company equipment by performing routine preventative maintenance and daily cleaning of assigned vehicles.

Requirements include:

Must be able to lift up to 85 pounds frequently throughout the shift. Valid Maryland driver's license with 2 points or less and the ability to be insured under company policy. High School Diploma or GED and at least 18 years of age. Flexibility to work extended hours and late nights as needed to complete daily house routes. Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to use hand/power tools for measuring and installation. Work stationary for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks. Benefits of working with
