We are looking for someone with experience across multiple trades who can work independently, communicate professionally, and complete high-quality work in clients' homes. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling a variety of tasks including drywall repair, flooring installation or repair, basic plumbing, painting, general maintenance, and other residential repair work as needed. Responsibilities Perform residential maintenance and repair tasks at various job locations Complete drywall repairs, patching, and painting Install or repair flooring and trim Handle basic plumbing repairs and fixture replacements Identify maintenance issues and recommend solutions Maintain a professional and respectful attitude while working in client homes Communicate clearly with management regarding job progress and material needs Follow company standards for quality, cleanliness, and professionalism Requirements Provable previous handyman or maintenance experience required Experience with drywall, flooring, plumbing, and general repairs Driver's license and vehicle required Ability to travel to different job sites Must provide your own basic tools Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and efficiently even in a fast pace setting Professional appearance and dependable attendance (Uniforms provided) Position Details Part-Time Independent Contractor (1099) Flexible scheduling Mileage reimbursement may be provided for qualifying travel No guaranteed minimum hours We are looking for someone reliable, skilled, and motivated who takes pride in quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
