Job Description
We are seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician with whatever-it-takes approach to join our team! In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the physical asset of the community meet both the company standards and applicable laws. As technician, you will be diagnosing problems and making repairs. You will provide hands on and trouble-shooting in areas such as electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, dry walling, and appliances. Apartment Maintenance - Candidates should have 1 plus years' experience in multi-family or building/facility maintenance including plumbing, electrical, painting and cleaning. HVAC experience a plus. Superb customer service skills. Strong written/verbal communications. Must have your own hand tools and bring them daily. A positive attitude is required and willing to learn new skills. Full-Time hours and on-call rotation, to respond to after-hours emergency situations and tenant concerns. Pay DOE $17/hr. plus monthly bonus. Health Insurance paid by employer after 90 days. Paid vacation and 401K option after 12 months. You must have a valid driver's license, dependable transportation and pass a drug test and criminal background check. Raleigh Apt.
