Job Description

Baltimore area property management company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for apartment communities in the Baltimore area. Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to: 1. Completion of resident work orders 2. Apartment turnovers 3. Emergency on-call maintenance after hours 4. Follow safety procedures while performing duties 5. Other duties and special projects as assigned 6. Snow removal Requirements 1. Residential maintenance experience preferred 2. Must have skills in electrical, plumbing, basic carpentry and HVAC installation and repair 3. Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record 4. Must have reliable transportation to use for work purposes 5. Must have basic tools 6. Must have valid paperwork to legally work in the United States 7. Post conditional offer background check and pre-employment drug screening required
