Maintenance Mechanic

Overview Complete Building Services, (CBS) a building operations and facilities maintenance company, is currently seeking a Maintenance Mechanic in Hanover, MD. CBS is a division of The Donohoe Companies, Inc. - Washington's oldest real estate company. The Maintenance Mechanic will perform preventative maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing to assigned equipment. Responsibilities Complete Building Services is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic to work Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm in Hanover, MD. Candidate must have three to five (3-5) years experience in basic maintenance of the following: Repairs of basic electrical, lights and ballast Tours/logs/run chillers Painting and drywall Plumbing and maintenance on exhaust fans Change AHU filters Change fan belts, unit heaters, waterless toilet, fan-coil units Experience with fire alarm panels along with daily equipment tours Perform other duties as assigned

Salary:

$23-$26 Qualifications You will need to have: Three to Five (3-5) years of Commercial building experience Reliable transportation Be willing to work occasional over time as necessary Strong customer service skills Available for on-call emergencies EOE, including disability/veterans
