Maintenance Technician

Position Overview:

Part-time Maintenance Technician (approximately 24 hours per week). This role supports the day-to-day operation of the hotel by ensuring all rooms, equipment, and public areas are fully functional and guest-ready at all times.

Responsibilities:

Complete maintenance requests and repairs promptly and correctly Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections Maintain guest rooms and public areas to brand standards Identify and address issues before they impact the guest experience Support ongoing projects and property upkeep

Requirements:

Working knowledge of general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, basic repairs) Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks without supervision Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency Reliable and consistent attendance Flexible availability
