Maintenance Technician

The Facilities Division of Martin's Caterers is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is available on a full-time or part-time basis. Martin's has proudly been in business for over 60 years and currently operates three locations throughout Maryland. The primary work locations for this role are in Prince George's County and the Baltimore area . This position requires participation in an on-call rotation , and travel reimbursement is available for eligible expenses.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will be experienced in all aspects of property maintenance and possess a working knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and basic remodeling. Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a wide range of maintenance tasks. Candidates must be familiar with, but not limited to: Basic Plumbing Mechanical Repairs Electrical Painting Carpentry Drywall - installation + repair Basic HVAC Straight Construction Valid driver's license for van +/ or Non-CDL truck A/V + some computer familiarity Must possess your own tools and reliable transportation. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. While experience in all listed areas is preferred, we are willing to provide training to candidates who demonstrate a strong foundation and willingness to learn.
