With four manufacturing plants across multiple locations, we are committed to delivering high-quality products through innovative processes and dedicated teams. Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of manufacturing equipment and systems to ensure smooth operations. Your expertise will help minimize downtime, improve equipment performance, and support our commitment to quality production. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on manufacturing machinery and equipment Lead small maintenance projects or team efforts to upgrade or install equipment as needed Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory Work closely with production team members to identify machine problems and provide solutions; troubleshoot and repair envelope machines, specifically mechanical issues such as replacing bearings, gears, belts, and repairing shafts. Troubleshoot basic electrical circuits. Help maintain production support equipment, such as air compressors and vacuum pumps. Perform general facilities and grounds maintenance tasks. 3 -5 years maintenance/mechanical experience Basic electrical troubleshooting Operate machine shop equipment, including lathes, mills, and grinders. Schedule:
8-hour day shift
Overtime Weekends Experience:
Machining, welding, and electrical : 3 years (Preferred)
Work Location:
In person Requirements Proven experience in equipment repair or maintenance within a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams Experience with troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues effectively Knowledge of construction principles related to machinery installation or upgrades is a plus Leadership skills with the ability to work independently or lead small teams when necessary Ability to follow safety protocols diligently and maintain a clean work environment Join us as a Maintenance Mechanic and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to keeping our manufacturing processes running seamlessly.
