Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of manufacturing equipment and systems to ensure smooth operations. Your expertise will help minimize downtime, improve equipment performance, and support our commitment to quality production. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on manufacturing machinery and equipment Lead small maintenance projects or team efforts to upgrade or install equipment as needed Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory Work closely with production team members to identify machine problems and provide solutions; troubleshoot and repair envelope machines, specifically mechanical issues such as replacing bearings, gears, belts, and repairing shafts. Troubleshoot basic electrical circuits. Help maintain production support equipment, such as air compressors and vacuum pumps. Perform general facilities and grounds maintenance tasks. 3 -5 years maintenance/mechanical experience Basic electrical troubleshooting Operate machine shop equipment, including lathes, mills, and grinders. Basic welding and fabrication

Overtime Weekends Experience:

Machining, welding, and electrical : 3 years (Preferred)
