Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our hotel team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance, safety, and functionality of the property to ensure an excellent guest experience.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff Conduct preventative maintenance on guest rooms and common areas Ensure all work meets safety standards and local regulations Assist with seasonal projects and property improvements
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of hotel maintenance experience or experience in a similar field Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently Basic understanding of HVAC systems Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to lift over 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Must be dependable and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and Holidays CPO Certification is a plus
