In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of our manufacturing and facility systems. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and reliable environment by performing routine inspections, troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical issues, and executing preventive maintenance tasks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced setting while contributing to the continuous improvement of our operations. Duties Perform routine and scheduled maintenance on manufacturing equipment, facilities, and systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operations Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools Operate programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to monitor and control automated processes Conduct welding repairs and perform electrical work in accordance with safety standards and technical specifications Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams for accurate repairs and installations Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as residential painting, plumbing repairs, and general building upkeep Supervise or mentor junior technicians or apprentices when necessary to foster team development Support manufacturing operations by ensuring all equipment is functioning efficiently and safely Respond promptly to emergency repairs or system failures to minimize downtime Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations at all times Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or manufacturing environments with a focus on mechanical, electrical, or industrial systems Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and troubleshooting automation systems Skilled in welding techniques, electrical wiring, schematics interpretation, and general mechanical repairs Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and record keeping Knowledge of residential painting techniques is a plus for facility upkeep projects Supervising or leadership experience in a maintenance setting is preferred but not required Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with team members and internal clients Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters confidently and accurately Basic understanding of safety standards related to electrical work, welding, and general facilities maintenance Fluency in English for clear communication across diverse teams Join us as a Maintenance Technician if you're eager to bring your technical expertise into a vibrant environment where your skills make a real difference!
