Maintenance Technician Amiricon Properties Silver Spring, MD Job Details Full-time $25 - $30 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Driver's License Full Job Description Maintenance Technician Silver Spring, MD (On-site) Amiricon Properties / Amiricon Investments The Role Amiricon is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support a growing portfolio of residential properties across the DMV area. This is a hands-on role for someone dependable, proactive, and solution-oriented who enjoys problem-solving and takes pride in quality work. You will assist with maintenance, inspections, repairs, remodeling support, furnishing setup, and property operations across homes, furnished rentals, and offices. ResponsibilitiesMaintenance & Repairs Perform routine property maintenance and repairs Handle basic plumbing, appliance troubleshooting, drywall patching, painting, and light carpentry Repair or replace fixtures, locks, switches, thermostats, and smoke detectors Support HVAC maintenance and technician coordination Identify and report larger repair or safety issues Inspections & Property Setup Conduct move-in, move-out, and routine inspections Document issues with photos and notes Assemble furniture and install blinds, shelving, TVs, and fixtures Help prepare homes and units for occupancy Logistics & Operations Travel between multiple properties daily Transport tools, supplies, furniture, and equipment Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and management staff Help organize inventory, storage, and company vehicles Upload receipts with property references What We're Looking For Maintenance, handyman, construction, or property management experience preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and stay organized Comfortable lifting tools, furniture, and materials Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required This Role Is a Fit If You Take ownership and follow through Enjoy hands-on work and problem-solving Can manage changing priorities Want long-term growth within a growing company This Role Is Not a Fit If You Need constant supervision Struggle with organization or accountability Prefer repetitive desk work Dislike working across multiple locations and tasks Compensation $25-$30/hour depending on experience Overtime opportunities available Performance-based bonuses Long-term growth opportunities Consistent year-round work Why Join Amiricon Growth opportunities within a fast-growing real estate company Hands-on experience in real estate operations and property management Supportive, team-oriented environment Exposure to remodeling, operations, and investment real estate Direct involvement with leadership and company growth How to Apply Please send your resume to: Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo
