Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building automation systems (BAS) Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and corrective repairs on critical building infrastructure Support GMP and non‑GMP spaces, ensuring work is performed in compliance with site SOPs and safety requirements Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for repairs, upgrades, and inspections Complete work orders, maintenance logs, and documentation accurately and on time Qualifications of the

Sr Maintenance Technician :

5+ years of experience as a Lab Equipment Building Engineer or similar facilities role within GMP or biopharma space HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems Experience in some type of regulated environment (GDP - Good Distribution Practice) Compensation for the
