Sign Shop Production Operator

Responsibilities Operate and maintain equipment including flatbed printers, roll-to-roll printers, laser engravers, and Gerber routers Prepare and manage print files, including layout, scaling, and color adjustments Utilize design software to modify and troubleshoot artwork as needed Produce signage using various techniques including printing, routing, and engraving Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy, color consistency, and overall finish Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines Handle materials and inventory, including safe forklift operation (if applicable) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance Requirements Minimum 2+ years of sign shop experience (required) Proficiency in design and production software: Adobe Illustrator CorelDRAW Gerber Composer Flexi Experience operating sign production equipment: Flatbed printers Roll-to-roll printers Laser engravers Gerber routers Strong understanding of prepress, color management, and file setup Reliable, self-motivated, and ready to work consistently Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic High attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills Experience with CNC or general machining Forklift operation experience Knowledge of different sign materials and applications (vinyl, acrylic, aluminum, etc.) Why Join Us Be part of a growing company with long-term opportunities Opportunity for advancement and skill development as we expand Hands-on work with a variety of equipment and projects Supportive team environment that values hard work and creativity If you're a driven, creative individual who's ready to show up, work hard, and grow with a company on the rise, we'd love to hear from you.
