As a Property Maintenance Technician, you'll be an essential part of maintaining the comfort and safety of residents by handling a variety of repair and maintenance tasks. You'll work closely with experienced team members to ensure properties remain in top condition and provide a positive experience for tenants every day. What You'll Do As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for: Responding quickly and efficiently to routine maintenance work orders to keep properties in excellent condition. Completing unit turnovers, including patching, painting, changing light bulbs, and other touch-up tasks. Performing general repairs and preventative maintenance across multiple residential sites. Conducting minor drywall repairs, replacing outlets, light fixtures, and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards. Assisting with on-call emergency repairs and participating in rotating weekend coverage to support resident satisfaction. Collaborating with senior maintenance staff to learn new skills and improve your maintenance capabilities. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Prior experience in property, facilities, or carpentry maintenance. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with tenants and team members. A clean, valid driver's license with reliable transportation for local travel. Basic hand tools for daily repair tasks. Ability to pass a background check (no violent offenses or sex offender registry listings).
