We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Floor Technician to work on carpet and flooring projects over the weekends, as well as cover call outs for regular cleaning shifts as needed. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of various flooring types in commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of floor care techniques and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Covering shifts will consist of regular janitorial duties - sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning surfaces, cleaning bathrooms, etc. About 3

Conduct inspections of flooring to identify areas needing repair or special attention. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness in storage areas for cleaning supplies and equipment. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met. Skills Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services.
