The Backbone of a Well-Run Shop) If you take pride in turning chaos into order, don't mind getting your hands dirty, and enjoy the satisfaction of a freshly cleaned space, we've got the job for you. We're looking for a temp-to-hire, full-time Shop & Yard Maintenance Technician who is equal parts cleaner, organizer, and groundskeeper. You'll be the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, because nothing works well in a messy shop. What You'll Be DoingThink of yourself as the ultimate "make-it-right" person: Keeping the shop and wash bay clean enough to meet high standards Taking out trash and keeping disposal areas maintained - it can be heavy Keeping bathrooms and breakrooms clean and stocked Cleaning and organizing shop bays so everything is where it belongs Handling yard work like mowing, trimming, and general upkeep Helping with snow removal in the winter to keep walkways and entrances safe What It TakesThis is a hands-on, active role: Lift up to 60 lbs (including steel drum containers) Bend, twist, push, pull, and reach throughout the day Work on your feet on concrete floors Work both indoors and outdoors in all seasons What Makes You a Great Fit You notice the small things and take initiative to fix them You take pride in a job well done You're dependable and self-motivated You enjoy physical work and staying active You understand that a clean, organized space keeps everyone safer and more productive Why This Job MattersYou're not just cleaning, you're keeping the operation running.
