Summary We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in providing outstanding service at Cabrio Properties. This role is crucial in maintaining the quality of our properties and ensuring resident satisfaction through effective maintenance practices. The maintenance tech's main responsibilities are to assist in maintaining properties' physical condition of the exterior and interior, as well as promoting resident satisfaction. Our maintenance team is customer service driven so that they will create a lasting influence on visitors, prospects, and residents. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs on residential properties. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC. Perform maintenance on gates, fences, patios, railings, roofing, gutters, tile, carpet, flooring, fireplaces, ceiling fans, appliances, shutters, doors, cabinets, windows, walls and ceilings, security system, and other equipment as required. Perform preventative maintenance tasks. On-call for after hours and weekend emergencies. Maintain inventory of equipment, tools, and supplies. Periodical inspections of the properties. Schedule and perform all maintenance/repair related to turns. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Provide excellent customer service to residents during interactions. Qualifications Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of related property maintenance experience. Strong mechanical knowledge and electrical experience. Must be organized, reliable, self-motivated, and courteous and maintain a professional image. Must be able to work as a team player. Ability to prioritize and perform multiple projects. Must have a reliable vehicle to use for work. Must have basic tools needed to perform jobs. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Customer service-oriented mindset.
