LEGOLAND
Discovery Center Michigan, our Maintenance Technicians keep rides, exhibits, and building systems running safely and smoothly so guests can enjoy a fully operational attraction every day. This is a hands-on maintenance role (not a general or administrative position) . You'll be actively troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment across the attraction. If you like practical problem-solving and staying busy throughout your shift, you'll fit right in. Qualifications & Experience ?? What You'll Be Doing This is a hands-on technical maintenance role•no desk work. ?? Perform daily maintenance and repairs on rides, attractions, and facility systems ? Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, AV, and operational issues in real time ?? Complete preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and ensure safety ?? Use hand and power tools to repair equipment and systems ?? Support general upkeep (repairs, painting, installations, basic facility work) ?? Maintain accurate logs, safety checks, and documentation ?? Work closely with your team to resolve issues quickly and efficiently ??

What We're Looking For We are specifically looking for candidates with hands-on maintenance or technical experience : 1+ years of maintenance, facilities, mechanical, or technical experience Comfortable working with tools and equipment daily Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems Ability to troubleshoot problems independently Strong attention to safety and detail Reliable and comfortable working a consistent 40-hour weekly schedule Team-oriented with a proactive, "fix it" mindset ? Nice to Have (Not Required) HVAC, plumbing, or electrical exposure Experience in attractions, entertainment, manufacturing, or facility maintenance Carpentry, repair, or trade assistant experience Benefits ??
