Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and reliable environment by performing repairs, troubleshooting issues, and conducting preventive maintenance across various systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge, technical skills, and leadership abilities in a fast-paced setting dedicated to excellence. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, and other equipment to ensure continuous operation. Troubleshoot and repair appliances, mechanical systems, air conditioning units, and refrigeration equipment using schematics and technical manuals. Conduct electrical and mechanical repairs, including replacing parts, adjusting components, and calibrating systems for optimal performance. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to diagnose issues accurately. Lead small teams or coordinate with contractors during complex maintenance projects or construction activities. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and system updates to ensure compliance with safety standards. Respond promptly to emergency repair requests to minimize downtime and operational disruptions. Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or mechanical maintenance. Knowledge of schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools used for troubleshooting equipment failures. Hands-on experience with HVAC systems—including air conditioning—and refrigeration units is highly desirable. Mechanical knowledge related to construction sites or industrial environments is a plus. Ability to repair various types of equipment efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Leadership skills to guide team members or coordinate with external contractors during maintenance projects. Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication abilities.
