Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a skilled, reliable Marina Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations and long-term upkeep of our waterfront property. This role combines hands-on construction work, light electrical and plumbing tasks, and general facility maintenance to ensure the marina remains safe, functional, and welcoming for boaters and guests.
Schedule:
Seasonal Full Time - Typically start around 4th week of March and work through 3rd week of November.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain, inspect, and repair docks, slips, buildings, utilities, and marina infrastructure to ensure safety and functionality. Perform seasonal marina setup, shutdown, and winterization/de-winterization of plumbing systems. Complete small construction projects and troubleshoot basic electrical and plumbing issues. Maintain marina equipment, tools, parking lots, walkways, and common areas in good working order.
Qualifications:
Experience in maintenance, construction, carpentry, or related trade. Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Boating or marina experience is a plus but not required.
Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time or part-time, depending on seasonal needs. Weekend or evening availability may be required during peak boating season. Pay based on experience and skill level.
