About the Opportunity We are a well-established and growing CNC machining manufacturer with a long-standing reputation for precision and quality. Serving industries such as automotive, construction, heavy equipment, and defense, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality machined components and fostering a team-oriented, safety-driven environment. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician who takes pride in their work and enjoys troubleshooting and maintaining complex CNC equipment. Position Summary The Maintenance Controls / Mechanical Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC machines and related equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and perform diagnostic checks on machine control systems Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics, including ladder logic Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs as needed Document maintenance activities, repairs, parts usage, and labor in CMMS Identify root causes of recurring equipment issues and implement long-term solutions Execute preventative maintenance procedures per manufacturer specifications Evaluate issues discovered during PMs and determine the urgency of repairs Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a safe work environment Perform lockout/tagout procedures in accordance with safety standards Qualifications Experience working with CNC machines in a manufacturing environment Proficiency with Fanuc, Mitsubishi, and Siemens control systems Strong understanding of electrical systems (120VAC, 208VAC, 480VAC) Ability to read and interpret schematics and ladder logic Knowledge of machinery rigging, leveling, and geometric inspection/adjustment Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Willingness to work overtime as needed We are actively interviewing and looking to fill this role quickly—apply today to be considered.

$25.26 - $30.41 per hour
