Handyman/Laborer - Experience Required

Do-it-all/cottage care business looking to hire an experienced, motivated, dependable adult for a labor management position and /or general labor position. Applicants must have experience in the following areas: Basic electrical and plumbing Interior trim installation Exterior siding installation Window/door replacement Painting Framing Cabinet installation Flooring Drywall repair Occasional landscaping or mowing •Applicants must also be comfortable working from a ladder up to 32 feet. •Individual must be willing and physically able to work in all weather types. Responsibilities may include managing a small crew of 2-3 and working a variety of jobs from start to completion, quickly and effectively. This is a Monday-Friday job. No weekends. Overtime available.

Applicants must meet requirements below:

Have recent work history performing one or more of the listed skills. Prior management experience preferred.
