Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Unit turnover including painting, maintenance, troubleshooting appliances, etc. Snow removal and groundskeeping as needed. Utilize electrical experience to diagnose and repair electrical malfunctions. Oversee facilities maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Execute residential painting projects as required, maintaining aesthetic quality in work areas. Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform hands-on repairs and maintenance tasks. Proficient in reading schematics and technical manuals related to equipment operation. Proven leadership skills with experience supervising maintenance or projects. A strong customer service orientation, ensuring satisfaction through timely responses to inquiries or issues.
