Assist in providing a safe, clean, comfortable, well groomed facility environment for the staff, residents and family members. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Paint Shampoo carpet Strip and wax floors in common areas Clean and change lights as needed Repair and replace items. Room Moves Assist with Fire Drills Lawn Work Small Remodeling Jobs Light Electrical General Facility Support Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist with resident needs Participate in special facility functions.
