The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our apartments in a safe, proper, and efficient way. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, customer service skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on our apartments inside and out including: faucet replacement, light replacement, outlet replacement, repairing door knobs, painting, etc renovations Scour the property for trash and debris Provide excellent customer service by delivering service with a smile Qualifications Proven experience in apartment maintenance ability to around with college age residents Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are required. Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure.
