Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fence Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of fencing systems, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every project. Your expertise in carpentry, construction, and related skills will help transform outdoor spaces into secure and aesthetically pleasing environments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, develop your craft, and contribute to high-quality landscape and fencing projects. Duties Measure and mark fence lines accurately according to project specifications Prepare the site by clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting concrete posts as needed Use hand tools and power tools to assemble fencing panels, posts, gates, and other components Install fencing materials such as wood, vinyl, chain link, or metal with precision and attention to detail Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to ensure efficient workflow Conduct welding or metalwork tasks when required for custom or reinforced fencing sections Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste properly Experience Prior experience in construction or carpentry with a focus on fencing or related outdoor projects preferred Knowledge of frame carpentry, masonry, concrete forming, and finishing techniques highly desirable Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting tasks Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and landscape maintenance practices Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings for precise installation planning Strong physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions Experience working on concrete forming or hardscape projects is a plus Join our team if you're passionate about building durable fences that stand the test of time!
