Due to continued growth, we are seeking skilled Independent Contractors (1099) to support strong installation volume. Compensation 1099 Independent Contractor Project-based pay Earn up to $2,000+ per week Consistent new construction workflow What You'll Do Install residential garage doors and openers in new construction homes Install tracks, springs, cables, motors, and control systems Ensure proper alignment, balance, and safe operation Review installation specifications and building requirements Communicate professionally with site supervisors and internal scheduling team Maintain safe, clean job sites Use smartphone/tablet scheduling systems What You Must Have Active general liability insurance (required) Your own vehicle suitable for transporting tools and materials Your own tools and equipment Valid driver's license Mechanical aptitude and construction/trade experience preferred Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Comfortable working on ladders and active construction sites Professional, dependable work ethic Why Partner With Williams / MS Distributors?
