Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician $29-$36/hr (based on experience) Kalamazoo, MI Weekly Pay Full Benefits Job Description The role involves performing routine preventative maintenance, cleaning, and inspections on plastic injection molding presses and auxiliary equipment. The technician will work with grinders, presses, heaters, dryers, cranes, motors, and hydraulics/pneumatics, as well as 3-phase motors and 480v electrical systems. Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment related to hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems within an injection molding manufacturing facility. Responsibilities Perform routine preventative maintenance, cleaning, and inspections on plastic injection molding presses and auxiliary equipment. Work on grinders, presses, heaters, dryers, cranes, motors, and hydraulics/pneumatics. Handle 3-phase motors and 480v electrical systems. Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems. Maintain equipment including injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, process water systems, compressed air systems, and automated paint lines. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Kalamazoo, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
