Base Hospitality Group is looking for a high-energy, hands-on Seasonal Maintenance Team Member who enjoys staying active, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk kind of job. This is for someone who likes movement, teamwork, checking projects off the list, and taking pride in making a property look sharp for guests every single day. Position Details Seasonal Summer Position Mid-day into evening shifts Located in beautiful Marquette Competitive pay based on experience Fun, team-oriented atmosphere Locally owned and managed What You'll Be Doing General hotel maintenance and repairs Assisting with room touch-ups and preventative maintenance Grounds upkeep and outdoor appearance Painting, light carpentry, and minor plumbing/electrical tasks Helping keep public spaces guest-ready at all times Responding quickly to maintenance requests Supporting multiple departments as needed during busy summer operations What We're Looking For Someone dependable with a strong work ethic Positive attitude and team-first mentality Comfortable working at a fast pace Enjoys staying physically active throughout the shift Able to troubleshoot and think on the fly Experience in maintenance, construction, landscaping, or hospitality is a plus, but willingness to learn goes a long way Why People Like Working Here At Base Hospitality Group, we move fast, work hard, laugh a lot, and take pride in what we're building across the Upper Peninsula.
