Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and basic carpentry Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner Prepare apartments for move-in, including turns and make-readies Conduct preventative maintenance and upkeep of common areas Ensure compliance with safety standards and property policies Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance areas

Qualifications:

Previous apartment or property maintenance experience preferred Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks Why BG Staffing?
