Job Description

About the job The Maintenance Technician ensures maximum equipment uptime and facility functionality by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting production systems, and repairing industrial machinery. We're looking for someone who
  • Holds a high school diploma or equivalent (technical degree or industrial maintenance certification preferred)
  • Has proven experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment
  • Possesses strong knowledge of PLC systems, electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
  • Is able to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
  • Has experience using CMMS systems to document work orders and maintenance history
  • Demonstrates strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Understands and follows safety standards including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
  • Is able to manage spare parts inventory and maintain organized records
  • Works independently while supporting team goals in a fast-paced environment What you'll do
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance including lubrication, cleaning, inspection, calibration, and alignment of production machinery
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues to minimize downtime
  • Dismantle and rebuild equipment as necessary to restore functionality
  • Maintain plant utility systems including boilers, air compressors, HVAC, lighting, and plumbing
  • Install and assist in the setup of new machinery and equipment
  • Document maintenance activities, machine history, and inventory usage in CMMS
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and maintain a safe, clean work environment
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to increase equipment reliability
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Experience:
