Job description: Company Description We are Key Realty Property Managment, a local property management company dedicated to providing exceptional service to our residents and property owners in the Monroe/Lucas County areas. We manage over 650 units and are experiencing exciting growth! In the past year alone, we've expanded by over 250 units, and we're on track to add another 150 this year. Join our growing team and be a part of our success! Job Summary In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and renovations of various jobs within our residential properties. You will ensure our tenants have a comfortable and safe living environment by responding promptly to maintenance requests and project deadlines, while keeping our properties in top condition. Responsibilities Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within residential units. Perform preventative maintenance tasks on appliances, fixtures, and building systems. Repair and replace faulty equipment and components in kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs completed. Ensure a clean and safe work environment in all properties. Communicate effectively with tenants and property managers regarding maintenance issues. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of experience in residential maintenance or a related field. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Experience with troubleshooting and repairing appliances and fixtures. Ability to lift and maneuver moderately heavy objects. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Electrical experience Has basic power and hand tools Preferred Qualifications Experience working in property management. Knowledge of fair housing laws and accessibility standards. Excellent customer service skills. Benefits Mileage Pay Competitive Pay ($48,000 - $75,000 annually) Bonus Opportunities if applicable
Work Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday with on-call availability for emergencies.
