Full-Time Maintenance Technician -
Mt Morris Highlands Estate Location:
Mt.
Morris, MI Pay:
$15.00 per hour
Employment Type:
Full-Time We are seeking an experienced and reliable Maintenance Technician for a 645-site mobile home community in Mt. Morris, Michigan. This position is critical to the success of our community and requires strong maintenance skills, a dependable work ethic, excellent organizational abilities, and a customer-focused attitude. Requirements Prior maintenance experience in a mobile home community or apartment complex is required.
Knowledge of:
Water and sewer line repairs Electrical troubleshooting and repairs Snow removal operations Lawn and grounds maintenance General plumbing and carpentry Experience performing minor repairs and refurbishment work in rental homes.
Ability to operate:
Commercial zero-turn mowers Landscape maintenance equipment Snowplows and tailgate salt spreaders Must have reliable transportation. Strong customer service and communication skills to maintain positive resident relations. Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the community. Respond to and repair plumbing, electrical, water, and sewer line issues. Complete carpentry and refurbishment projects in rental homes. Maintain community grounds, including mowing, landscaping, and seasonal cleanup. Perform snow plowing and salting during winter weather events. Assist in maintaining the overall appearance, safety, and functionality of the community. Additional Requirements Valid driver's license required. Valid Social Security card required.
