Job Description Global Company looking for skilled maintenance technicians for the Ann Arbor area. Will perform all types of work including but not limited to grounds maintenance , drywall, carpentry , masonry, electric, painting and plumbing. Candidates are expected to be punctual, be able to read and follow directions , communicate effectively and efficiently with clients and team members alike, provide excellent customer service skills, and have pride in their work. In addition, need to be available 24/7 for emergencies while your on call which is paid at an overtime rate. Drug test and background check required. Compensation is based on experience and skill level.

Requirements Maintenance Technician:

1 year (Preferred) Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
