Job Description

Hotel Maintenance Oscoda, MI 48750 From $17 an hour - Full-time From $17 an hour - Full-time Oscoda Lakeside Hotel is seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for helping maintain the hotel property and ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Perform general building maintenance and repairs Respond to guest and staff maintenance requests Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance Assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and carpentry tasks as needed Maintain grounds and common areas Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
Qualifications:
Basic maintenance and repair experience preferred Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems Dependable with a strong work ethic Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work independently Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
