Maintenance TechnicianOakland Township | Full-Time Moceri's Luxe Living for Lease portfolio is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position will primarily support one assigned property while assisting other communities within the Moceri portfolio as needed.

Current properties include:

Mystic Cove Luxury Lakefront Apartments Heron Springs Townhomes & Apartments Tribute Creek Apartment Homes Parkways of Auburn Hills Apartments We are looking for a dependable, service-oriented professional who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and attractive communities while delivering exceptional service to residents and prospective residents. Key Responsibilities Complete assigned maintenance tasks according to department schedules and procedures while maintaining accurate service records Perform preventative maintenance and repairs involving electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general mechanical systems Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls as needed Perform routine janitorial and groundskeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment Ensure parking areas, walkways, entrances, and common areas remain orderly and debris-free Assist with maintenance needs at additional Moceri properties when required Qualifications Previous maintenance technician experience required Strong working knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems HVAC certification preferred Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and Life Safety Code standards is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required Trade school education or associate degree preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Compensation & Benefits $18-$25 per hour , based on experience and qualifications Monthly commission opportunities based on community renewals $1,000 hiring bonus• Comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan Beautiful working environment Opportunity for growth within the Moceri portfolio Supportive, team-oriented culture At Moceri, you're more than an employee — you're part of a team dedicated to creating exceptional communities and delivering outstanding resident experiences.
